The MSME Guaranteed Offtake Scheme is one of the Federal Government’s economic support measures to assist micro and small businesses affected by the pandemic.
This scheme will guarantee continuity in local production and insure 100,000 already existing small businesses to save 300,000 jobs.
Primacy products comprises of refined foods, hand sanitizers, face-masks, face-shield, shoe-covers and pharmaceuticals.

It will be a collaborative effort between the implementation committee which is chaired by Ambassador Mariam Katagum, Minister of the Federal Ministry of Industry Trade and Investment, and the private sector MSME associations to ascertain and analyze applications from bidding MSMEs, point out the quantity and price of products needed, and also get partaker to enlist in the procurements.
