Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • Job holder shall be responsible for selling the company’s products by carrying out marketing and networking activities.
  • Overview function shall be key account management, sales & marketing, attending to existing and prospective customer’s inquiries for the establishment of new businesses.
  • Expected to meet established weekly and monthly sales target.
  • Client Key Account Management.
  • New account generation.
  • Client retention management.
  • Carry out market research / feasibility studies for reporting and market intelligence to foster sales.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / B.A in any relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 – 5 years offline Sales / Telesales experience.
  • Candidate should have proven sales experience in the real estate industry.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good Customer Service etiquettes.
  • Passionate about sales & marketing.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Vast knowledge in selling different varieties of high ended products.
  • Basic proficiency in the use of MS Office Suites.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
  • Commission per sales and other benefits.
