Trans- World is seeking to hire committed and purpose driven Sales Manager. The sales manager should be someone who can meet and exceed target while envisioning the success of the region.

The sales manager would be responsible for pointing out, seizing and maximizing sales opportunities within the assigned area. Should also be able to strategize towards helping the company to achieve their goals.
S/He would also have to create a new business account while reviewing and submitting proposals and closing sales. Should be capable of analyzing business trends.
-Account Management: implementing towards managing large volumes of accounts, focused on sales increment.
-Communication: should have good communication skills, be it verbally or in writing. Should also be able to work alongside the Operational Management and Sales Leadership to meet up with targets. S/He should be able to pass across important decisions and messages to others.
-Should be able to maintain existing networks and relationships while working to create new ones. Should also be able to keep long lasting relationships with clients and potential clients.
-Should be open to improvements and changes. Should be eager to learn.
-Should be able to prioritize and put important activities first.
-Must be able to plan on how to increase business revenue.
-Maintaining and exceeding sales targets by continuously growing new accounts.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
-Should be bold and have leadership skills. Should be able to pass out instructions.
Should have Bachelor’s degree in Business or any other Professional Sales.
Should have about 1-2 years of relevant security experience (Not mandatory).
