Milky Express, a company into manufacturing and retail of child care products, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Lead

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Establishing new revenue generation leads/channels and sales for range of products
  • Expand Key Accounts Base and maintain good business relationship with their Key decision-makers like Purchasing Managers, General Managers and Partners.
  • Develop Business Plan and Sales Strategy, to achieve volume and revenue growth
  • Collaborating with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and targets.
  • Implement action plans (e.g. make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories
  • Track self / team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans.
  • Prioritize and review weekly sales activities performed
  • Set weekly and monthly targets to bring focus into the sales cycle.
  • Craft business proposals to attract and upsell clients
  • Researching trends and gathering consumer & stakeholder insight to increase sales and support business decisions making.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services and innovating new ways to serve the business’s brands.
  • Support the sales channels and customer experience team in delivering on performance target.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields with a minimum of 3 years Sales experience.
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Innate drive to succeed and take initiative.
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate with all level of management
  • Flexible, and able to quickly adapt to new situations
  • Self-motivated team player that can exceed goals and revenue expectations
  • Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus, productivity and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
