Job Title: Renewal, Rentention & Activation Officer
Employment Type: Full-time
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify subscribers at risk of termination and execute proactive outreach and intervention(using 30, 60 and 90 day guide)
- Develop strategies in collaboration with marketing aimed at reducing churnrates, in line with VDT service policy
- Champion the launch and development of client retention offers to guarantee customer loyalty and return on investment Maintain data of all revenue, attrition and retention management activities
- Work to achieve monthly targets of renewal and churn won back
- Actively engage churned clients to understand reason for their inactivity.
- Escalate findings to Management and ensure amicable resolution.
- Take ownership of the client satisfaction survey and ensure feedback is incorporated to policies and processes for continuous improvement.
- Manage the subscriber nursery and ensure delightful experience with new joiners.
- Coordinate invoicing and processing of payment to corporate customers.
- Develop deep knowledge of VDT product and service offerings and communicate same to clients as required.
- Work with various departments to advocate for the customer in an effort to walk through obstacles and resolve issues.
- Institute survey for churn won back to incorporate their feedback for continuous improvement.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- 2 – 3 years work experience.
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
