Job Title: Pharmaceutical Sales Executive

About the Role

  • We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative, who will work as an on-the-ground executive to build, retain and grow profitable relationships with pharmacy outlets in line with our growth objectives.

Job Description

  • Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Provide product information and deliver product demonstrations
  • Evaluate customers’ skills, and needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management
  • Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory.

Requirements and Skills

  • BSc Degree in Science or in relevant fields.
  • At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Experience working with CRM.


  • N200,000 monthly.
