We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Locations: (Ajah, Lekki, Ketu, Ikeja, Agungi Lekki, Berger, Oniru, Ikota Lekki, Okota and Ejigbo) Lagos, Enugu, Ibadan – Oyo, Owerri – Imo and Benin City – Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with internal and external clients to meet for service enquiries.
  • Manage all dairies, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting rooms.
  • Make travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements for staff and managers.
  • Keep a record of files and expenses.
  • Provide personal administrative support to the CEO.
  • Efficiently stock all supplies.
  • Write reports, presentations and briefs.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND in relevant fields with 1 – 4 years work experience.
