We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as email follow up / payment follow up
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
  • Maintaining files / documents
  • Sending request & keeping record for Invoice / PFI
  • Payment follow up via email/phone calls with clients
  • Welcoming visitors to your office
  • Answering phone calls
  • Taking and delivering messages
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly
  • Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.

Requirements

  • ND / HND / PG
  • 3+ years relevant experience.
  • Fluency in MS Office
  • Experience in Telecom Domain will be preferred.

Skills:

  • Proven Office Management experience.
  • Knowledge of Functional Departments of an office
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including the executive and C-levels.
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary
N1,080,000 Gross Annually.
