ACTED is seeking to employ qualified candidates to fill two slots for the post of IMPACT Field Officer.

ACTED, which is headquartered in Paris, France is existing in four continents and their committees reacts to crisis, supporting rehabilitation operations and chaperoning the dynamics of advancement in 37 countries.
The IMPACT Field Officer, under the supervision of IMPACT Senior Field Officer, is accountable for conducting IMPACT data compilation activities in field locations, Hiring, training and leading data compilation committees including internal and external relations for each state (Yobe).
The IMPACT Field officer will be accountable for :
The IMPACT Field Officer will be accountable for employing enumeration committees, training them on the use of data collection tools (ODK) and procedure;
S/He will guarantee that IMPACT monitoring activities are executed in the field with applicable mission and program purposes and with IMPACT’s analysis sequence;
Oversee data compilation, guaranteeing its accurate execution according to agreed TORs;
Collaborating with the IMPACT Senior Field Officer, S/He will organize qualitative, quantitative, and spatial data compiled by the IMPACT committee and enumerators;
Accountable for determining and overseeing respondents for core group meeting and documenting outcomes;
Regular account of all field activities, data compilation advancement and additional important conclusions to management precisely;
Overseeing the activities of the enumerators;
Collaborating with the field committees of other TPM consortium partners to accomplishment goals;
The IMPACT Field Officer will be in charge of IMPACT assets (computers, GPS devices, smart phones, etc) at their functional headquarters;
Every staff should assimilate ACTED’s core Principles: Independence, Neutrality, Non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, Ethics, Professionalism, anti-Corruption, Transparency and Accountability.
Applicants should have at least two years working experience in humanitarian responses;
Bachelor’s degree comprehensive knowledge on quantitative and qualitative analysis procedure;
Fluency in English and Hausa (fluency in Kanury is preferred);
Experience in Third Party Monitoring (TPM), will be an advantage;
Microsoft Office Suite, technical writing, communication and time management skills;
Knowledge on data compilation using hand-held GPS devices;
Knowledge on quantitative data compilation using ODK;
Knowledge in employing and overseeing casual labourers.
