- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Manage operations, marketing and finances of a business
- Ensure the entire organisation have the best practice
- Drive the development of employees
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained and the organisation grows
- Manage all the subsidiaries, the Hotel, Restaurant, Pharmacy, Laundry, Event place.
Qualifications and Requirements
- MBA in Business Management or any related field.
- Must reside in Bida, Niger State or be ready to relocate.
- Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills.
- Demonstrated a good leadership spirit.
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills.
