We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager

Location: Bida, Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
  • Manage operations, marketing and finances of a business
  • Ensure the entire organisation have the best practice
  • Drive the development of employees
  • Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained and the organisation grows
  • Manage all the subsidiaries, the Hotel, Restaurant, Pharmacy, Laundry, Event place.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • MBA in Business Management or any related field.
  • Must reside in Bida, Niger State or be ready to relocate.
  • Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills.
  • Demonstrated a good leadership spirit.
  • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills.
