We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Dealership Development Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and ensuring that walk-in prospects and telephonic enquiries are converted into customers, alongside regular interaction with current customers and build loyalty
  • Maintaining and updating regularly a computerized customer and prospect database
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
  • Product demo to customers
  • Order, payment collection, payment processing, confirmation and coordinate with logistics department for vehicle allocation.
  • Coordinate with PDI and complete vehicle deliveries in time
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the territory/segment
  • Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, market conditions, competitive activities, and potential for new products

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Automobile industry.
